Anti-Drug Awareness Session and Walk at Midwest Institute of Sciences

The Midwest Center for Advancement of Research and Education (MIDCER) proudly organized and sponsored an Anti-Drug Awareness Session and Walk at the Midwest Institute of Sciences to promote a healthy, drug-free lifestyle and raise awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse.

The awareness session educated students on the physical, psychological, social, and legal consequences of drug abuse while emphasizing the importance of making informed and responsible life choices. Participants actively engaged in discussions on prevention strategies, peer support, and the role of educational institutions in creating a safe and healthy learning environment.

Following the session, students, faculty members, and staff participated in an awareness walk to demonstrate their collective commitment to combating drug abuse and encouraging a culture of health, responsibility, and community well-being.

This initiative reflects MIDCER’s dedication to empowering young people through education, awareness, and community engagement. By promoting preventive education and responsible citizenship, MIDCER continues to support the development of informed, confident, and socially responsible future leaders.

Together, we stand united for a healthier, safer, and drug-free society.
